First of all, let me personally thank you for making what was a five-year dream, a true reality. Already being extremely skeptical about surgery, other consultations left me feeling unsure with a growing uncertainty as to the success rate of this kind of cosmetic surgery. But, you eased my mind of all of my fears by truly taking the time to inform me in detail about the surgery, yet allowing me to inquire about my desires and immediate expectations. And may I say that your staff, with all of their bright and assuring smiles, comforted me continuously during some very nervous moments for me. I am forever grateful. The very best thing about this whole experience is the results of the surgery.
